Location
The house is located 5 km from the Minsk ring road in the north-east direction (Logoi direction). Depending on the traffic density, the time it takes to get to the house from the city center and from the ring road is 15 minutes and 7 minutes, respectively. Taking into account the wind rose of this area, the northern direction causes maximum environmental friendliness. We have western, northwestern and southwestern winds (in the total annual structure of winds, their number reaches 50%). It is from these directions that the air enters Minsk.
The house is located in a picturesque place and has its own access to the forest. At the same time, there is a bus stop 300 m from the house and it is possible to get to Minsk and back by bus (buses: 113a,113c,115e,143,145c).
The plot of 0.34 hectares in private ownership adjacent to the green zone. The whole plot is planned, a lawn and many fruit trees and shrubs are planted, a playground and a covered barbecue zone with a stocked pond, there is also a vegetable garden, a chicken coop, an earthen cellar, a year-round heated greenhouse, 2 garages for cars and 1 garage for machinery, a woodcutter and a summer kitchen with a Russian stove-coat.
Placement of the house
The main facade of the house faces south-west. From the north-east to the house a forest adjoins. The main rooms of the house face southeast.
Environmental friendliness
The concept of eco-friendly home is multi-vector. In our case, it is primarily the environment around the house. In addition, during the construction of the house, only natural materials were used: brick, wood, granite, gypsum. All finishing materials were also purchased only from the highest quality manufacturers, which use a minimum of "chemistry" in their products. As for the tree, the walls of the house are covered with a bar as a heater and window frames are also made of wood, so that the house maintains a favorable natural microclimate, which could not but affect the heat-saving properties of the house.
Roofs.
The house has a double roof. Under the main metal roof is a tin fake roof.
Engineering systems
Heating the house is done by natural gas. As additional heating provided solid fuel boiler, as well as three Russian furnaces. Rooms with flooring made of parquet.
All wet rooms have a forced ventilation system: 4 bathrooms, Russian bath with swimming pool, furnace, dressing room at the main bedroom and kitchen. All ventilation pipes go into special brick ventilation risers.
To provide water there is a central water supply and its own well with a depth of 40 m. At the entrance to the house there is a water treatment station (water purification and softening). This ensures the maximum service life of all water equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, mixers, etc.), and also provides a high level of quality of life for residents.
Sewerage drains have a centralized drainage, and there is also its own biological treatment plant.
All electricity wiring around the house is made in a metal casing. The house has an alarm system.
House layout
The main house is three-story. In the basement there is a furnace, boiler and washing room, 2 cellars, a rest room, a Russian bath with a swimming pool and a gym. The first floor is a common area and includes the main entrance vestibule, coming with a separate dressing room for outerwear, kitchen, guest bathroom, dining room and living room. From the dining room is possible access to the backyard. The second floor consists of three living rooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom also has its own dressing room.
Infrastructure
With all the above advantages, the house is within walking distance from the forest park zone. The area is very clean, with a favorable environment. Social infrastructure is represented by several kindergartens, shops, clinics, bus stops.
The house was built for itself. It is sold with all the furniture and equipment.
