This is not your typical modern residence. Tucked into the historic Tophane area near Alanya Castle, just 200 meters from the sea, stands a 140 m² stone house that carries the soul of the city itself. With thick stone walls, handcrafted woodwork, and windows opening directly to the Mediterranean, this home feels like stepping into another time — while still giving you everything you need for modern living. It’s a rare opportunity: a property with character, full sea view, and eligibility for a residence permit in Turkey.
Interior – Tradition and Warmth Combined
Walking inside, the house reveals the charm of a true Alanya classic:
Living Atmosphere: Natural wood dominates the interiors — ceilings, doors, window frames, even the kitchen cabinets. This brings warmth and authenticity, while traditional star-pattern details in the ceilings reference old Turkish houses.
Windows & Light: With openings to three directions, the house captures views of Alanya harbor and the sea, making every corner feel alive with light and scenery.
Kitchen: Small but practical, the kitchen combines rustic woodwork with modern functionality, blending old and new seamlessly.
Bedrooms: Spacious and bright, where white walls meet warm wood details to reflect light naturally.
Balcony: The strongest point of the home. From here, you watch the lighthouse and the Mediterranean spread out in front of you — turning ordinary mornings into a daily ritual of beauty.
This is not an apartment with standard finishes; it’s a stone house that carries history, offering a lifestyle that feels both grounded and inspiring.

Location – Alanya Castle and Tophane
Alanya Castle rises above the peninsula, dividing the city into east and west. Tophane, on its slopes, remains a peaceful area surrounded by ancient walls, narrow paths, and breathtaking views. Unlike busier districts, the atmosphere here is calm, with only a few small markets and family-run restaurants. For daily needs you may sometimes walk down to the city center — which is close enough to reach on foot or by bus.
Highlights of the area:
Historic importance: The 13th-century Alanya Castle is UNESCO-protected. Walking among the old walls is a daily reality here.
Cable car access: From the castle, the cable car quickly connects you to Kleopatra Beach.
Nearby attractions: Red Tower, the ancient shipyard, and Damlataş Cave are within reach.
Local dining: Small cafés and restaurants in the castle district serve traditional breakfasts and romantic dinners with stunning views.
Transportation: The No. 4 bus runs regularly until evening, and taxis are always available. Walking paths with steps and slopes give you the option of a scenic climb.
