The project is a 4-storey office complex with 2 sections. The building was built according to brick-monolith technology with a ventilated facade of porcelain porcelain. The architecture was developed by the ABG bureau and is based on a rethinking of the Art Deco style: the facades are made in black, arched glazing and an expressive rhythm of window openings are provided. The sections are united by an entrance group with a lobby, elevator halls, a grand staircase and a reception area. The interiors are designed by ABG using contrasting shades, brass and natural stone. The building has silent high-speed elevators with individual cabin design.
The project proposed 40 office blocks from 27 square meters. Panoramic windows with ventilation function are installed, the ceiling height varies from 3.18 to 4 m. The premises are transferred without finishing. It is possible to replan and increase the area. Engineering systems were installed to the premises. Two-chamber windows made of aluminum profile with a supply valve have been installed. Supply and exhaust ventilation with centralized heating or air cooling and a multi-stage air purification and filtration system are provided. A centralized water treatment system with mechanical filtration, purification, ionization and antibacterial water treatment was implemented.
The complex has a unified dispatching system integrated with the security system. There are video surveillance, security alarm and access control. An automated fire and smoke extinguishing system is provided. Jack-parking system available. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and cafe, there is a gym. Underground parking is designed for 13 cars, charging stations for electric vehicles are equipped.
The project is located in the Zamoskvorechye district in the central part of Moscow, within walking distance of key cultural, business and public spaces of the city. In 5-10 minutes on foot there are medical and educational institutions, shops, pharmacies, points of issue, beauty salons and the Tretyakov Gallery. In 15-20 minutes on foot - HPP-2, Zaryadye Park, Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center, Gimenei shopping center, GUM, Christ the Savior Cathedral, Muzeon and Hunting Row shopping center.
