The business center is represented by a 23-storey building built according to monolithic technology with combined facades. The architectural concept was developed by PANACOM bureau: the shape of the object is inspired by the image of a raised curtain, through which views of the city are opened. The volume is divided into 3 parts, which creates dynamics and a sense of constant transformation. The lower and upper levels are displaced relative to the central core, and the expressiveness of the facades is emphasized by a vertical grid and triangular stained glass windows. The project includes passenger and freight elevators.
The project offers commercial blocks ranging from 69 to 2,330 square meters of office space. The premises are transferred without finishing, with the possibility of redevelopment, the ceiling height reaches 3.67 m. Performed panoramic glazing with flaps for natural ventilation.
