All materials are very high quality. The elevation is three-layer ventilated, made of Dutch brick hand-formed and Siberian larch. The house has a total area of approx. 250 square meters, but it is usable at about 200 square meters. On this subway there were 6 rooms - including a very nice and spacious living room connected partly to the kitchen and an exit to a large dining room. However, the biggest asset of this place is the large windows, which provide a lot of light, while making modern and elegant space. On the floor of the whole house we have a beautiful wooden floor. We have everything we need around here. There is a beautiful area for walks (set Blur). There is a kindergarten in the area (only 2-3 minutes on foot). Just go to the grocery store two minutes longer. This is extremely valuable when we need to buy something quickly and don't want to use the car.
The elementary school in the village of Granica is only 950 metres away. There's a clinic there, too.
An additional asset of this place is the neighborhood of a very fashionable village - Comoros. Thanks to this you can use numerous service places such as restaurants or cafes.
