There is a large swimming pool which is 200 m from the house. 2nd floor of a five-story house. There are all household appliances, air conditioning in the cabin and bedroom. TV, WIFI. Near downtown.
Within a radius of 100 km there are many historical places.
In walking distance there are many shops, bars, cafes, restaurants.
PRICE:
July-August, Christmas, Easter – 665 euros per week, 95 euros per night
May-June, October – EUR 455 per week or EUR 65 per night
other months – 280 euros per week, 40 euros per night
Additional costs:
- Deposit - 150 euros, returned upon departure on condition of safety of property
- 70 euros - final cleaning, paid once upon arrival
