New penthouse in Montenegro in the resort town Rafailovici on the first line. The apartment is 2-storey, 3-level, located in an elite building with private parking for cars - a garage space in the underground parking lot, as well as a parking space near the embankment for a yacht.
The penthouse has a total area of 350 sq.m, of which 117 sq.m are terraces, 233 sq.m are living area apartments, panoramic sea views and city Budva.
First level: living room with fireplace, dining room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms with terraces, 2 bathrooms, dressing room room, utility block, hallway, staircase, 2nd and 3rd levels
Second level: work office, library, relaxation area, winter garden, gym hall.
