Milocer Park is an area of 18 hectares, which once belonged to King Alexander Karadordevic and his wife, the Romanian princess and the Yugoslav Queen Maria. In the hinterland of the two most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic, which are part of the Milocer Park, formerly known as Velika and Mala plaza, and today bear the names Kraljicina Plaza and Kraljeva plaza, the construction of a park, a royal summer residence and smaller villas for officers and servants began. The estate was built in the period from 1934 to 1936. After World War II, the estate was converted into a luxurious tourist complex, which, together with Sveti Stefan, was visited by numerous celebrities from all over the world.
Today, with the exception of these two villas, there are no other private buildings in the Milocer Park area.
The villas are surrounded by planned planting of various Mediterranean vegetation.
