Many years ago, St. Stephen was a fishing village, but today a luxury hotel complex has been built here. Of course, an apartment in Montenegro is not cheap, but when it is located in such a picturesque place it is almost impossible to resist its purchase. Our customers have the opportunity to become happy owners of an apartment in a new house (it was built five years ago). The area of the apartment is 63m2, the room is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary equipment. The apartment consists of a large guest room connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious terrace with panoramic sea views.
