Two authentic stone houses, originally restored to the requirements of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments. The houses are located on the first line by the sea. Ponta splits into a part with the restaurant's summer garden, 150 m2 and the rest, which is used as a beach area, boat dock and parking space.
The large house on the ground floor has a fully equipped restaurant (100 m2), located in a seaside style, opened 8 years ago. On the remaining floors there are three small one-room apartments with an area of 30 m2 and one two-level apartment with an area of 85 m2. All apartments have terraces and sea views. The small house of 80 m2, on two floors, has two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and one large bedroom.
Restoration work was made from genuine Korcula stone. The premises are new, central heating and a central boiler with a volume of 500 liters, air conditioning, PVC locks and a greenish tint (in accordance with the instructions of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments).

The house is located along an old local road by the sea, which is a low frequency of traffic and therefore ideal for walking and relaxing.
The houses are in a quiet, calm place. The nearest store is 20 meters away, and the cathedral in Prcan, post office and bakery are located in a circle of about 500 m. The nearest large beach in Prcan is about 100 m, the center of Kotor is 3.5 km away, and Tivat Airport is 6 km away.
