The complex is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Rodopi Mountains, at 1,500m elevation above the sea level, in the vicinities of one of its most beautiful Karst lakes in the region. At a distance of 800m is the chair lift station to Snezhanka peak, which is the start point of all Pamporovo resort ski courses and Perelik mega ski resort, which is currently under construction is 1200m away from the complex.
Perelik Ski Resort is going to be fully built in 2008 and united with Pamporovo, they will form the biggest ski resort in East Europe, offering more than 100 ski courses.
