This is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa with amazing views of Surin beach. This private gated development comprises of 5 luxury villas and is located between Surin Beach and Laemsingh beach.
The Great Room
The main living area has incredible views out towards Surin Bay and the Andaman Sea. This large room has floor to ceiling sliding doors with views out to the sea and a large balcony area with daybed areas. The room has a huge walk in wardrobe and study area. The gorgeous terrazzo bathroom features a rain shower and a large bathtub.

Enjoy the great warm year round weather and views over the infinity pool towards Surin beach from the garden sala.
Lower level
An external staircase leads to a large open grassed area. All rooms on the lower level enjoy a garden view and features 2 bedrooms and a kids tv/play room. (could be converted into a 5th bedroom or a small gym)
The garden wall could be lowered by 1.5-2m, which would give this level a sea view (as existed previously).
Bedroom 3
This bright room has a queen sized bed and bunk beds. The bathroom has a small bathtub with rain shower.
Bedroom 4
Similar in size to room C, this room has a king sized bed which looks out to the garden area. The bathroom has a small bathtub with rain shower.
Playroom/Extra room
The playroom offers an area for the kids to watch movies. This room can also be converted to an extra bedroom for 1 more person or a small gym.
