The Administrator in the restructuring proceedings of "GLOBAL" Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in restructuring, case no. GD1G/GRs/7/2024, hereby announces a written tender for the sale of real estate and movable property known as “PORT KOPYTKOWO”, which form part of the restructuring estate, as described in detail in the Tender Regulations, for a price not lower than PLN 28,500,000.00 plus VAT.
Property Overview
We are pleased to present PORT KOPYTKOWO, a large, fully operational commercial and service complex with complete infrastructure, strategically located directly by the A1 motorway (Kwidzyn exit).

Tender Information
Tender offers prepared in accordance with the Tender Regulations must be submitted by 17 November 2025, either:

by post (the date of receipt is decisive).
The opening and examination of offers will take place at a public hearing on 20 November 2025 at 10:00 a.m., in room B68A, building “B”, District Court Gdańsk-Północ, ul. Piekarnicza 10, 80-126 Gdańsk.
A bid bond (deposit) of PLN 900,000 must be paid by 17 November 2025 by bank transfer to the account of
