Located in Biograd-on-Sea, 700 m from the sea and also from the city center, this hotel was built in 2004 on a plot of 970 m2, with a total living area of 1150 m2. The capacity of 18 rooms (16-30m2) and 3 apartments (85m2 / each has balconies) is about 60 seats. The hotel consists of:
- First floor: reception, restaurant (40 seats), bar, men's and women's rest rooms, pantry, kitchen, outdoor terrace (100 seats), laundry, barbecue, open pantry, toilet, staff bathroom and dressing room for staff.
- 2nd floor: - 6 rooms, 1 apartment (2 bedrooms, living room with dining area and kitchen, bathroom)
- 3 floor: - 6 rooms, 1 apartment (2 bedrooms, living room with dining area and kitchen, bathroom)
- 4 floor: - 6 rooms, 1 apartment (2 bedrooms, living room with dining area and kitchen, bathroom) The apartments have a separate entrance, each room is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and central heating on diesel. Water heating is also on diesel, all solar panels have been installed up to the roof. Own parking, basement and boiler room, gas brought to the site. Currently, residential units are used as apartments where the owners live, and the facility is operated as a residential and commercial building. An architectural project for the pool is under development. Biograd-on-Sea is located 30 km from Zadar, 50 km from Šibenik, 120 km from Split, 45 minutes from NP Krka, 2 hours from NP Plitvice Lakes, about an hour from Paklenica Park, as well as from NP Kornati by boat starting from Biograd, Zadar Airport is about 20 minutes away.
