- First floor: reception, restaurant (40 seats), bar, men's and women's rest rooms, pantry, kitchen, outdoor terrace (100 seats), laundry, barbecue, open pantry, toilet, staff bathroom and dressing room for staff.

- 2nd floor: - 6 rooms, 1 apartment (2 bedrooms, living room with dining area and kitchen, bathroom)
