Location - 100 meters above sea level. Scientific evidence shows that it is at this altitude the air is the best and most importantly – has the optimal moisture content. Argisht is suitable for permanent residence and for the summer holidays as well.
The owner of Argisht has tried to create the highest possible comfort for the property. He is the only builder that has actually thought seriously and found a solution to the high costs problem during the holidays. Unlike other places, where the stay in your own apartment costs as much as if you were on a holiday (5 euros per parasol, sun- lounge for 5 euros and 2.5 euros for an ice-cream and water, and 30-35 euros for lunch, etc.), the concept here is quite different - the owners always use preferential prices, namely: a parasol and sun lounger on the beach - 1 euro per day, water, beverages, ice cream and others are at a discount - about 10-15% mark-up from the supplier prices. The same applies for restaurant on the beach. All this is possible due to the fact that the investor took over the concession of that part of the beach, which is located directly in front of the lift. The beach has its own bar and restaurant.
There will also be a minibus on site, which several times a day will go to the shops and can carry orders by the owners.
The architecture of the building has no analogue in Bulgaria. Sumerian motifs and elements give the building its unique look. Over 24 sculptors took part in the construction work; all elements on the facade and ceiling in the lobby are handmade from a special mixture of marble-pollination. Quality is the highest in Bulgaria (in other places the insulation of 5 cm, while here it is 12 cm, plus a natural stone facade).
