A little bit about the place.
The house is located on a wide street, continuing the magnificent Traktorozavodsk Boulevard. One of the main advantages of this place is the absence of large high-rise buildings around: a significant part of the district is made up of two-, three- and four-storey houses. Thanks to this, the area remains calm and not congested, which is especially noticeable in the parking lots - there is just a lot of free space, so even a family with several cars does not have to look every evening for where to put them.
At the same time, the area is very saturated with infrastructure: nearby schools, kindergartens, shops, parks for walks, and the metro is only about five minutes walk.
The wide street from the side of the house remains alive, but there are no stops of buses, trolleybuses and other public transport directly near the house, so there is no constant congestion of people. For the city, there are surprisingly many adult trees and greenery around.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a three-storey brick house with beautiful architecture. The house underwent major renovations in 2005, and in 2017 the roof was completely replaced.
The facade is insulated. The entrances are very wide and bright, with large French-style windows. One side of the house overlooks the main street, the other into a quiet courtyard with a kindergarten.
In our entrance there are only six apartments - two on each floor. This creates a pleasant privacy, a calm atmosphere and a sense of privacy that is rarely found in a big city.

A family has been living in the apartment since 1999. The apartment was constantly maintained, regularly repaired and updated as needed.
In the 2000s, a major overhaul was carried out with fully legalized redevelopment. Thanks to her, the apartment received a spacious and very convenient layout, which can be seen in the photos.
There are four separate rooms, two separate bathrooms and a large kitchen connected by a wide long corridor, which itself consists of three separate spaces. In the corridor there is also a convenient built-in storeroom, and two more built-in storerooms are provided in separate rooms and absolutely do not take away useful space.
Separately, it is worth noting the ceilings with a height of more than three meters. Now this is rare even in expensive new buildings, and here such a height is in the whole apartment.
Since the apartment was regularly updated, the rooms are in good condition. Some repairs are quite fresh and modern, as, for example, in the kitchen; somewhere the interior is calmer and more classical in style, but at the same time modern in condition and execution, without old furniture, bulky walls and outdated design, for example, as in rooms that in recent years were practically not used.
Furniture and appliances are modern, without old wall cafes and uncomfortable shelves that eat up space. The apartment is completely ready for life and is especially suitable for a large family or those who just want to have a lot of their own space.
The views from the windows are a separate and very pleasant story.
Two rooms, one of which has a balcony, overlook the street and the green cityscape. The other two rooms and kitchen look into an inner spacious and quiet courtyard with gardens and a kindergarten. From the courtyard there are two more balconies that overlook both sides.

In addition, along with the apartment there is a separate room in the basement of the house, which can be used as a full-fledged storage room - this is how we used it.
