Famous Zhdanovichi-6. Former dachas of writers and war heroes.
This is a very good place in the suburbs of Minsk. A large pine forest, the proximity of a large reservoir, a slalom canal, but at the same time a quiet corner without transit traffic - you will not accidentally get there.
Its main advantage: fantastic proximity to the city, while maintaining privacy. Once it was a dacha village Zhdanovichi-6, but recently the garden partnership became part of the agro-town Zhdanovichi, and the only street in the village was named: 6th Dacha street. All rates for services have become common, not as for garden partnerships.
Zhdanovichi-6 consists of three groups of houses separated by overgrowth. All of them are connected by paved roads and have several entrances: from the side of the Krinichny garden association, from the local highway and from the R133 highway.
To develop this territory began in the 50s, but the creative intelligentsia has never been the main user of hundreds. The cottages were built by officers, war veterans, citizens of other categories. However, it is on the 6th Dacha Street that Vasil Bykov’s dacha museum is located.
In front of the museum is the house for sale.
The plot of 11.76 acres is privately owned. Land for construction and maintenance of a residential building. It has direct access to the forest. All communications are central: gas, water supply, sewerage.

The house was built in 1965, and then in 1994 was completed. There is a carport near the house. The gate is automatic.
In the yard there is a picturesque gazebo with a grill and a waterfall. There is enough space on the plot to build a new house, and make the old one a summer kitchen.
The stunning location in the forest provides solitude and proximity to nature. It is convenient to live in a pine forest, in a conservation area, near the Drozda reservoir, a 5-minute drive to Winners Avenue.
The landmark of the location of the house is the Vasil Bykov dacha museum.
