On each floor of the house there is a spacious bathroom with natural light and a dressing room.
Comfortable and rationally organized living space at home. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen-dining room with a large dining group, a cozy bright living room with a fireplace and a TV-zone, where the family spent a lot of time together, as well as a study. On the second level there are 3 bedrooms and a hall with a soft chair and a balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the lake.
The interior of the house was completed in 2012. One of the main criteria in choosing materials was their environmental friendliness. That is why mainly used only expensive array of wood, which is amenable to any additional processing and stylization, based on the trends of time. Without a doubt, parquet flooring gives the room warmth and coziness.
The ground floor has mainly economic purpose. It consists of: rooms with heating equipment, a garage (used as storage places), an equipped sports hall, a recreation room (a place of leisure and hobbies of the family), a sauna with a shower.
The house is on gas heating, the boiler is regularly maintained under the contract.
And of course the terrace! This is one of my favorite places to spend time in the summer. Comfortable chairs and a table await a warm spring sun.

The plot is flat, large, with an area of more than 18 acres.
