Originally 19. Built in the edge of the forest and near the former castle of Würnitz as two houses built in parallel, they dominated by typical features of time, such as thick, massively walled walls and gently rounded window arches in Biedermeier style. For many decades, the buildings have always served several generations as a residence and have made living and working simple.
In 1994-1995, the houses were fully modernized: the front house received an additional floor, both houses were connected and merged into a spacious house.
The windows were refurbished in 2006 and the façade was refurbished in 2019. In the interior, open space concepts, such as a large living kitchen, provide a comfortable and modern living comfort.
The shed shown on the plan was reworked for a multipurpose space. There is also a sauna with adjacent bathroom.
Today, this property combines historical charm with contemporary comfort – a unique home that makes history experienceable and at the same time allows modern lifestyle.
Just a few minutes' walk, an idyllic natural forest pond invites you to walk or just to let the soul bud.
In the village there is a kindergarten, the next school is located in Harmannsdorf.
