Sale of property rights to a single asset complex in Rivne region

The complex consists of two deposits:

• First deposit: 32 ha

• Second deposit (across the railway track): 29.75 ha
  Additionally, a 13.6 ha privately owned parcel is available for industrial site development or geological exploration and granite mining.
  Total area: 75.1902 ha

Mineral resources:

• Licensed deposits: ≈ 14.5 million m³

• Adjacent 40 ha plot preliminarily estimated at 45 million m³

• With further exploration, total reserves may reach 60 million m³, categorizing it as a super-large quarry, attractive to strategic investors and global construction firms

• Potentially up to 100 million m³ including surrounding lands

Extractive materials: granite, granodiorite, black gabbro.

Infrastructure & Logistics

• Private railway spur (built in 2021): 1,300 m total, including 280 m with loading track; load capacity per cycle: 20 gondola cars; weighbridge capacity: 180 t

• Two crushing and screening plants (CSP), washing unit, conveyor belts (~440 m total), heavy equipment (crushers, screens, pumps, weigh stations, transformers, etc.)

• Specialized machinery: Volvo and Hitachi excavators, loaders, dump trucks, bulldozers, mobile crane, mini-excavator, semi-trailer truck, fuel tanker, concrete plant, diesel generator

• Monthly capacity: 110,000 t of crushed stone
