The apartment is located on the second floor of a 5-storey building in the area of Lucia. There is a covered balcony overlooking the green courtyard. The house has a new elevator, but this apartment was not involved in its construction; so if you want to use the elevator, you will have to contribute to the investment. Windows and anti-breaking doors in the apartment were replaced in 2022.

The apartment with a total area of 39.7 m2 has a pantry. The house also has a common room for storing bicycles.
