4. We take into account the Investor’s wishes, determine the amount of investment, and find a plot for development
5. We carry out a preliminary analysis
6. We prepare a business plan and draw up a financial plan taking into account all key indicators
7. We carry out a risk assessment
8. After the investor makes a decision, we select project implementers
9. We carry out project design
10. Obtaining permits for construction or reconstruction
11. We build and carry out proper supervision
12. We put the facility into operation
13. We implement finished construction according to the business plan agreed with the Investor (sale, rent, exchange..)
14. Finishing the project
Payment is always made in stages according to the payment schedule agreed with the Investor.
What the investor gets: cca 30% savings on construction, saving effort, nerves and time, restful sleep, pleasure from the completed project, maintaining their investments in a stable EU economy, income from resale of the property or rental, residence permit in Slovenia.
