Crude Vegetable Oil Production Facility for acquisition, strategically located in Port Zimnicea, Teleorman County, Romania, with direct access to the Danube River and on-site railway connection.
The asset is temporarily inactive but fully maintained and ready for restart, offering an attractive expansion opportunity for producers of crude sunflower, rapeseed, and soybean oil.
The property covers over 10 hectares inside the port industrial zone and includes the main production and storage hall, auxiliary technical and administrative buildings, and ample space for future expansion or conversion into other industrial activities.
Processing capacities: Soybean 33 t/h (~750 t/day), Sunflower 21 t/h (~500 t/day), Rapeseed 21 t/h (~500 t/day). The plant features fully automated, computer-controlled production lines tested at commissioning. Storage infrastructure includes approx. 3,000 m³ crude oil tanks, 3,000 t meal storage, and 2×60 m³ hexane tanks.
Loading facilities support high-throughput logistics: oil via 2 truck bays and 4 rail bays (up to 200 t/h), meal via 2 truck and 2 rail bays, supported by port access to Danube for bulk exports.
Utilities include ~3,000 kW power supply, transformer station (4×1,600 kVA), gas and biomass steam boilers (15 t/h each), and a complete water treatment plant (30 m³/h).
Wastewater connection to the municipal treatment station is available.
Technical documentation is complete; environmental and operating permits require renewal for restart.
