There will be 51 rooms with a modern shade, creating a clear and refined contrast with the heritage of the monastery. Unfinished buildings will give way to a beautiful garden with a pool. A spa will also be available to provide exquisite comfort for all guests. It will be a 4-star hotel that will offer exceptional service and comfort to all guests, giving them the feel of a 5-star hotel. Guaranteed profitability of the hotel will be 3.5% per year for the first 5 years. At the same time, the entire yield for 5 years will be paid one year after the investment, corresponding to 49.000 euros. The client is entitled to stay up to 4 weeks a year throughout the program, divided into 1 week in high season, 1 week in mid-season and 2 weeks in low season. The hotel will start operating at the end of 2025. Construction and repairs will begin at the end of 2022.
