The house proposed here is a semi-detached building. Built in traditional technology with Porotherm ceramic brick. The plot on which it stands has less than 500m2. The house on the first floor has a large bright living room connected to the kitchen (with a window) and a dining area, also illuminated by a large window. The kitchens can be separated from the living room. A practical vestibule with space for a closet and in the hallway space for another closet is a daily convenience. A kitchen with a pantry (also equipped with a window) will facilitate the storage of things in the kitchen. An additional study and a bathroom with a window were also designed on the first floor. Space for a car – or even for two cars – has also been taken care of.
The first floor, on the other hand, is the private part of the owners, that is, four bedrooms, including one with a dressing room, and two bathrooms – each with a window. Significantly, also the hall and staircase are illuminated by an additional window, making the whole house bright, without the need for artificial light.

The house is located in an intimate residential area of Wilanów.It is heated with a heat pump, equipped with recuperation with the possibility of additionally installing anti-smog filters. The height of the rooms on the first floor is 2,8m, on the first floor – 2,7m. We also have an attic with a maximum height of 1,82m. Three-pane PVC windows. To the garage installed insulated garage door controlled by remote control. External blinds have been installed in the windows, which can be controlled with a smartphone. The gutters were flush-mounted, so they do not interfere with the consistent appearance of the building’s facade. The area around the building was cleaned up, fenced with a panel fence and decorative front fence.
