The apartments are located on Koleowa Street, in one of the most popular districts of Warsaw - Wola. The new phase is part of the complex and includes a total of 136 apartments ranging from 28 m2 to 96 m2. Each of them has a balcony, terrace, loggia or garden, where you can indulge in summer relaxation. There are also apartments with large corner covered balconies, ideal for creating a space for rest and relaxation, or a balcony garden.

The apartments are adapted in such a way that they can be furnished in any way (for example, to organize a place intended for remote work). It is important to note that in some apartments located on the upper floors, it is possible to install air conditioners. Thanks to this, the summer heat will not bother their inhabitants.
