- Excellent thermal and sound insulation of external walls, internal walls, ceiling and roof was used in the construction of the houses.
- All buildings are equipped with photovoltaic installations generating a total of 12,500 kWh per house.
- Panasonic heat pumps are installed in all buildings.
- All houses are controlled by a "smart home" system.
Not only the private garden, but the entire estate is an enclave with a private forest of 3,383 m2, an adjacent area of 687 m2, where residents have at their disposal the shoreline of the picturesque Black Lake, a wooden pier and carefully designed green spaces.
