- All houses are controlled by a "smart home" system.
Not only the private garden, but the entire estate is an enclave with a private forest of 3,383 m2, an adjacent area of 687 m2, where residents have at their disposal the shoreline of the picturesque Black Lake, a wooden pier and carefully designed green spaces.
