The building was built at the turn of the 1950s-1960s from brick and is low-rise. Most of the renovation work has already been completed: just 10 years ago, the facades and staircases were updated, plumbing and electrical wiring were replaced. Heating is provided by a centralized heating system.
The location of the building at the entrance to the Royal Łazienki Park is its great advantage. It is an ideal place for walks and summer activities. Moreover, this is the center of Warsaw, so the Metro Center can be reached by bus number 107 in just 20 minutes. There are many other lines that will deliver anywhere in Warsaw.
The house is located away from busy streets, which ensures silence in the apartment with open windows.
Residents are allowed to park their cars on the estate - parking spaces are located in front of the building's stairwells.
