Description
The building dates back to the 1930s but has been completely restored following a major renovation. It combines the classic style of an apartment building with modern amenities. The building has only 14 rooms, each of which has a view of the greenery from the windows.
All engineering communications were replaced, the staircase was repaired, an elevator was installed, entrance doors to the premises were unified and the roof was replaced.
The apartment is located in a restored pre-war apartment building in the very center of Mokotów. There are many cafes, restaurants, bookstores and boutiques around, and Morskie Oko Park and Krulikarnia can be reached within a dozen minutes on foot. The apartment is located close to the Racławicka metro station, as well as bus and tram stops, which provides convenient connections to all parts of the city.
