Do you dream of a single-family house, but at the same time you want to have all the comforts in it like in an apartment? You don't have to keep looking. The house is located in the excellent transport part of Ursynów, and is equipped with all urban infrastructure including central heating!
Neighborhood:
The house is located in a small enclave - a single-family housing estate located at the confluence of Roentgen and Pilecki. The house is located deep in the estate, in a very quiet place, on a tiny street. At the same time, it is an excellent communication point. We have less than 100 m to the nearest bus stop. We can easily go by car to ul. Puławska, it is also extremely close to the beltway. Around there are numerous shops, a shopping center, schools and kindergartens.
House:
The house was built in the 80s by the efforts of a cooperative associating employees of a nearby hospital.
It was built on a reinforced concrete structure filled with bricks. In the years of its creation, it significantly exceeded the building standards used at that time.
The house has 300 sq m of total area and 250.20 sq m of usable area, spread over 3 floors, including one underground. It also has a developed attic. It is very interestingly designed, because you enter individual levels every half floor, so we don't have the impression that it is high. There is a large terrace adjacent to the living room, from which we can go down to the garden.
At the ground level there is a garage and utility rooms, and in addition we have two more rooms in the basement, including one very spacious (with window!), Which can serve as a studio, gym, etc.
All media, including heating, are urban.
Technical condition:
The house is dry and warm, but is suitable for renovation. It has been rented in recent years, no major expenditure has been made, only the kitchen and one bathroom have been renovated. On the floors there is an oak parquet suitable for curing. The garden in front of and behind the house also needs renovation.
Purchase conditions / legal status:
The house has an orderly legal situation. There is one owner. The land and mortgage register is not charged. Free from the moment.
