IN SHORT:
The apartment is located on the third, top floor of a building with an elevator. The entrance to the apartment is from a shared space with neighbors, where you can also leave your bike. After crossing the threshold of the apartment, we are in the hallway, from where we can see the layout of the premises: on the right a small bedroom, opposite a living room with a kitchenette, on the left a large bathroom. From the living room there is an exit to the loggia, from which the view stretches towards the greenery. All the windows of the apartment face the south-west.
WHAT MAKES THIS APARTMENT SPECIAL?
The apartment was originally a 1-room apartment, but now in a 2-room version it is ideal for a couple. The advantage is a very large bathroom, in which we will find both a bathtub and a rain shower for those who like a quick shower. The apartment is in good condition, with equipment, so all you need is suitcases :)
FOR WHOM?
A single person or a couple will feel good in the apartment. The peace and security of the estate will also become a refuge for mature people who want to move out of the city center, but still have access to infrastructure and, if necessary, be able to move efficiently by public transport.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located in Białołęka-Tarchomin, right next to the bus line, from where we can get to the tram or the most important points of the district in a few minutes. At a distance of 1.4 km there is the largest Galeria Północna in Poland, with shops, a cinema and other services, and 1.5 km separates us from Galeria Pod Dębami. Of course, the estate is already fully formed, so there is no shortage of schools, kindergartens, shops, pharmacies, clinics, etc. in the area.
TERMS OF RENT:
We are looking for a Tenant for a longer period of time, at least one year, preferably longer. Occasional rental, the costs of the notarial deed are covered by the Owner of the apartment. Additionally, administrative rent of PLN 400/month and electricity and internet costs are payable.
