The house in the closed complex "Aguamarina" within walking distance from the sea and the wide, long (7 km) beach of La Mata! The area of the apartment is 75 m2, On two floors of the house there is a spacious salon, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an American-type kitchen, a balcony, a terrace. There is also a solarium, which offers beautiful views of the garden and the sea. The house has everything you need for living and rest: household appliances, furniture, dishes, bedding and towels. Air conditioning is individual, there is television. The complex is closed, calm, protected area, there is a recreation area and a public free swimming pool. The accommodation option is up to 7 people. Animals on demand! The complex is located 15 minutes from the sea and the popular clean beach of La Mata with walking paths and parks. A 10-15 minute walk along the sea leads to a pine park with shady cool alleys, sand dunes, cascades. There are many restaurants nearby, a large Mercadona supermarket, a shopping center is 10 minutes away. Many cozy cafes and bars are located all along the coast. There is a city bus stop near the house.
The rental price depends on the season and is per week:
EUR 595 (85 nights) in low season
770 (110 nights) in the middle and
1120 (160 nights) at high.
155 euros for cleaning, paid once upon arrival.
