The total area is 80 m2, consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious cabin, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious yard with summer furniture, a park space and a spacious green area. The bungalow has everything you need for comfortable living and recreation: new furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher), dishes, bed linen and towels. Equipped with air conditioning. Smart TV, WIFI. The accommodation option is up to 4 people. The urbanization has a park area and three swimming pools. Smoking inside the bungalow is strictly prohibited! Infrastructure is well developed in the area. The CONSUM supermarket is about 400 meters away, and the bars are 100 meters away. The golf courses are 4.5 km away. The sea and beaches are 7.5 km away and the unique salt lake Laguna Salada is only 1.6 km away. The bungalow is located in a protected green area, so the sea and beaches are at the specified distance, respectively, for a comfortable stay, it is better to have (rental) a car.
The rental price depends on the season and is:
70 euros per night or 490 per week in low season
95 euros per night or 665 per week on average
230 per night or 1,610 euros per night.
155 euros for cleaning, paid once upon arrival.
