Castiglion del Lago, Umbria - Perugia: In the heart of Petrignano, on Lake Trazimen, there is an ancient palace on three levels. The watchtower is the oldest part of the building, built in 1700. Ground floor: spacious entrance hall, kitchen-dining room and other hall. From the kitchen the door leads to a park of 1880 sq.m. with age-old trees and fruit trees. Second floor: living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bank. Third floor: four bedrooms, two living rooms and access to a watchtower with beautiful views of the lake. Next to the palace is a 270qm annex, currently in use as a garage for tools, and the park houses an independent 35 sq.m. building. The structure is in good condition though it needs restoration.
