The glass doors open to a magnificent balcony that offers breathtaking views of Lake Como and creates an idyllic and calm setting. The ground floor of the house also has a spacious master bedroom with a double bed which is ideal for couples. A screw staircase from the living room leads guests to the area of the second bedroom of the open layout with a double bed, which is located on the gallery site. To get to the 3rd closed bedroom with two single beds, you have to go through the open 2nd bedroom. For convenience on this floor there is also a second modern bathroom with shower.
This area on the top floor features a fine chalet style, high sloping ceilings with copper beams that still receive a large amount of natural light through Velux windows.
The apartment has central heating, washing machine, telephone system and parking.

From the residence on the hill slope you can reach the city center and the lake in just 5 minutes by car. Argento offers a range of local amenities and offers some very good restaurants including La Piazzetta. From the city, you can use ferry and bus services or drive to explore nearby cities. The city of Argento finds close to the landmarks of the city of Como, which includes the famous Duomo Cathedral, its busy squares, a wide selection of designer boulevard and shopping streets. There are also frequent trains to Milan from the city of Como, making it an ideal place to study the Lombardy region.
