The villa is located on the coast of the Bay of Kotor in a village with the beautiful name Dobrota, two kilometers from the ancient fortress town of Kotor. Due to its unique location and beauty, the Bay of Kotor is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The mountain range separates this unique place from Tivat airport, which eliminates any inconvenience associated with the movement of aircraft, but thanks to the recently laid mountain tunnel, the road from the airport to the villa takes only 15 minutes.
The villa, built in 1985, was renovated in 2011 in the Mediterranean style. It has five apartments on four floors. Each apartment has a main view of the sea and its own separate entrance. On the spacious territory there is a swimming pool with adult and children's departments, a detached barbecue house, a spacious open veranda-grape room, a garage for three cars and four parking spaces near the house. The distance to the sea is 200 meters on the road or three minutes on foot. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, i.e. no more than 100 meters.
