The complex has an ultra-modern architecture. On the plan it is an almost square building, consisting of four blocks ABCD with an open internal space. Completion of construction is scheduled for December 2026.
The buyer is exempt from paying a real estate purchase tax of 3%.
Studios from 28.01 m2 to 38.21 m2 are available on the 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 floors, costing from 76,482 euros (P + 1-2nd floor) to 207,553 euros (P + 10-11th floor, VIP zone).
The cost depends on the floor, area, location of the apartment in the building structure and typeterraces, payment methods and terms. There is an installment program.
