Residential complex on the sea. Each house is a 3-storey mansion and according to the project consists of 3 apartments located on each floor. All apartments have a separate entrance from the street. The exterior finish of each house is made in a "Mediterranean" style using stone, white facade paint and metal structures. The interior finishing of the rooms is complete. Floor in the accommodation and kitchen parquet, in the bathroom and entrance hall - tiles. Each apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen compartment and veranda, 3 bedrooms with balconies, 1 or 2 bathroom combined with toilet. Each apartment has a sea view and thanks to windows and balconies on 3 sides has natural temperature comfort: in any daylight you can find a room located in the shadow or in the sun. Each house is connected to external engineering city communications and a wired communications network. This ensures uninterrupted provision of electricity, cold water, sewage and television. In addition, there is an autonomous standby water supply system on the territory of the complex. The supply of hot water to the apartments, as is customary in Montenegro, is provided by the water heating equipment installed in the apartments (boiler in the bathroom and flow water heater in the kitchen). Each apartment is provided with plumbing, electric plate, Wi-Fi access and other equipment providing for turnkey delivery of the object.
