In the parterre composition, as in the flowerpots with stucco pedestals, a Mediterranean autochthonous parterre is planned, in which drought-resistant and trampled-down plants predominate, as well as plantings of olive trees. Thus, the building successfully preserves the original architectural style and thereby decorates the public space. Flowerpots provide additional greenery to the facade and enrich the visual identity of the building with local green plant species, such as vines. The building is also surrounded by a brick stone fence, which at the same time serves as load-bearing walls of the cascading landscape. The pool is integrated into the site where there were traditional sub-walls, dry walls, so the shape of the pool and the layout of the first floor suggest the shape and size of the dry walls.Due to the slope of the area, the plot is arranged on the ground floor with a cascading terrace 3-5m wide with a green curtain on a soil buffer of 90-120cm for smaller plants (oleander, oranges, etc.)
