it has 50 apartments ranging from 78 m2 to 138 m2 and is divided into two entrances. The first entrance includes a 12-story building, and the second 5-story building. All apartments from block A are located 20 meters from the beach and have open sea views. On the ground floor, the first entrance will house a reception, lobby and restaurant. The second entrance will house a restaurant (and a cafe on the roof of the 6th floor, which can be reached by elevator) and two commercial premises (pharmacy and bar).

We conduct year-round monitoring of the safety of your property, servicing all life support systems of the complex and apartments. We provide support for the legal, notary, insurance, tax and financial management of your property. In your absence, we take on the work of selecting tenants and leasing your property in order to ensure a stable income for your investments.
Future owners of apartments in our complex will have access to all services, including: concierge services, 24-hour front desk, room cleaning, parking and security services.
