The plot in Budva The plot is located in the area of Budva, Rezevici, namely in the village, which is located a few steps from the monastery of Rezevici: Perazicha Do. The plot consists of 7.000 m2, on which detached-standing villas can be built, with a size of 435 m2 with plots of 450 m2. Such villas can be built 14 pcs. All communications and connections are near the site.
One of the historical places of Montenegro is the village of Perazic Do. It is located 4 km from the city of Petrovac. The history of the city originates from the 60s of the last century. Initially, Perazic Do was a summer cottage village, which consisted of Vikiden houses. These houses were intended not for a long stay, but for seasonal recreation of Yugoslavs of various levels of income. They are different in number, and it is almost impossible to find two identical, since each of them was built in the styles that their owners adhered to. Currently, this village acts as a tourist town, in which there are houses-Vikidens, used as housing for local residents and tourists.
This part of the Mediterranean coast has a special microclimate, providing more than 200 sunny days per year with an average annual temperature of 16.2 C.
