  The hotel was designed so that if desired, it is possible to expand the area of the building through superstructure construction, which will increase the building area by 190-320m2 and increase the housing stock by another 5 or 8 apartments.  There is a preliminary design and we are ready to help with coordination and construction.                                                                               

 An additional 40 m2 was withdrawn to a non-residential fund, which makes it possible to organize a small cafe with 30 seats with a separate entrance, or to use it for an office or other business .
