We offer to purchase a land plot in Salaspils volost with an area of 14.02 hectares. The property is located near Salaspils, near the Riga-Daugavpils highway (422 meters along the paved road), at a distance of 6.5 km from Riga. According to the territorial plan of the Salasspiel region, most of the land is located in the zone of industrial development. Along the right side of the site there is a railway line to which you can connect and use for your own purposes, in the immediate vicinity there is a gas pipeline and an electric line. Also, the Ministry of Communications has developed a project that provides for a parallel road for the A6 highway with a congress to this land plot.

The usable area, which is not affected by any of the protective strips and which can be used for industrial development, is 4.8 hectares.

The most suitable purpose of using a land plot is to create a logistics center or implement another industrial project.
