Origami Island is a multifunctional complex from Origami Holding on Ambassadori Island in Batumi. It combines premium housing, modern technologies, hotel service, wellness and investment profitability. The concept of the facade was developed by the New York architectural bureau SHoP Architects. His projects include Steinway Tower, the Barclays Center and Uber’s headquarters.
Ambassadori Island
This is the first project of an artificial island on the Black Sea - a new tourist and business center of Batumi with an area of 84 hectares. It is formed by two alluvial peninsulas and an island. The master plan of the island was developed by SHoP Architects, engineering solutions by Arup and Yuksel Proje. The project is located in sector 11-5 of the island, next to Odysseus Dimitriadi Street and Old Batumi. The beach is 100 meters away. Nearby there is a cultural quarter, a park, a shopping and business center.
Two real estate formats
Hotel apartments are a ready-made income asset managed by an international operator. They are delivered fully furnished and equipped. Income is distributed through a combined rental pool and is independent of the loading of a particular room. The owner is free from operational worries and uses a five-star service.
Branded residences are suitable for living in the atmosphere of a five-star hotel: individual service and complete privacy. They surrender in a state of “green frame”.
