First Tower: The first address of the new island
Ambassadori Island Batumi’s first residential flagship is the First Tower, a 216-meter tall tower that sets the architectural and service standard for the future of the island.
The completion date is February 2029.
The tower has 1,350 apartments and 8 duplexes, and its resident population may exceed 3,000 people. The building includes 58 floors and will become one of the most recognizable high-rise buildings of the new Batumi.
The main advantage of First Tower is the combination of its own real estate on the first line of the Black Sea with infrastructure and hotel service.
