Olemme iso hotellimajoitus Suomen vilkkaimmasta matkailukeskuksesta Ruka - Kuusamo. Hotelli sijaitsee Kuusamon keskustassa kauniin Nilonjärven rannalla omalla 1,4 hehtaarin järvenranta -maa-alueella. Kuusamoon saapuu noin miljoona turistia vuosittain ja Kuusamon lentokentälle matkaa 5 kilometriä hotellilta. Kaupunki laaje hotellia viereiselle alueella on tulossa uutta rakentamista. Kuusamoa Suomen -luontopääkaupunkina, koska täällä on useampi luonnontilainen kansallispuisto lähettyvillä ja Suomen vilkkain talvimatkailukeskus -Ruka.
Hotelli on myynyt juuri toimiluvan maa ja rakennusalueesta ja sitä voi käyttää nyt jatkuvasti tilapäismiseen tai pitkäaikaiseen -asu. Nyt on voimavara harjoittaa hotelli -liiketoimintaa kasvavalla matkailulla arctisessa Pohjois-Suomessa. Näin hyvällä matkailun turistien -keskittymällä harvoin tarjolla hotellia myynnissä Pohjois-Suomessa. Otaasti yhteyttä , pyrimme sujuvan rohkean kaupankäyntiin ja perehdytykseen uuden toiminnan jatkajalle.

We are a large hotel accommodation in Finland's busiest tourist center Ruka - Kuusamo. The hotel is located in the center of Kuusamo on the shore of beautiful Nilonjärvi on its own 1.4-hectare lakeside land area. About one million tourists arrive in Kuusamo every year, and Kuusamo airport is 5 kilometers from the hotel. The city is expanding to the area next to the hotel, there is new construction coming up. Kuusamoa as Finland's nature capital, because there are several natural national parks nearby and Finland's busiest winter tourism center - Ruka. The hotel has just sold the business license for the land and building area and it can now be used continuously for temporary or long-term accommodation. Now there is an asset to run a hotel business with growing tourism in arctic Northern Finland. With such a good concentration of tourism tourists, there are rarely hotels for sale in northern Finland.
