Location
The complex is located in the eastern part of Balchik, 100 meters from the main highway, which leads to the international resort of Albena and the famous landmark Palace of the Romanian Queen Mary.
Balchik – is one of the most romantic Bulgarian cities. With its terrace-like structure, specific architecture and seaside attractions, it attracts thousands of tourists every year.
Balchik is the third most important pier on the Bulgarian sea coast. The city's population is about 13,500 people.
Balchik – is one of the oldest European cities, evidence of this is the archaeological finds found. Among the most visited attractions are the Botanical Garden, the Palace of the Romanian Queen Maria, the Historical Museum, the art gallery, and churches. It hosts many international festivals every year.
Description of the complex
The complex consists of two mirror buildings built on an area of 2,950 square meters. m. It has 84 comfortable apartments, swimming pool, fitness room and bar. The building is six stories tall with open roof terraces. The building has two main entrances. The apartments range in size from 43 to 202 square meters and include a luxurious living room and kitchen, spacious bedrooms and terraces.
All apartments are offered with full finishing.

Construction was completed in January 2007 and the building has Act 16.
Payment scheme
1000 EUR-reservation fee (valid for 21 days and deducted from the down payment);
50% - when signing the preliminary agreement;
50% - 4 months after the first instalment
Support fee in the complex
The support fee includes cleaning and cleaning of common parts, pool support, and landscaping of the complex. Support fee - 8 euros/sq.m. in year.
