Property description

New modern project, consisting of 13 private houses, located in the so-called "new part" of the town of Pomorie. The area is calm and quiet. The southern city beach is 350 meters away.

The project started with the construction of 4 private two-storey houses, the total built-up area of which varies from 210.92 sq.m to 235.12 sq.m. The houses are designed for year-round living. House layout

Each house consists of:

- ground floor: garage with a separate entrance and access to the hallway, hallway, living room, kitchen, combined bathroom, storage room suitable for central heating, internal stairs leading to the second floor;

- second floor: 2 bedrooms, combined bathroom, and VIP bedroom with its own combined bathroom and balcony, spacious terrace.

Construction characteristics

The building structure is made of reinforced concrete, external and internal partitions are brickwork.

Each house will be insulated with hydro- and thermal insulation. Facade treatment provides for 50% travertine stone cladding and a combination of structural polymer hydrophobic plaster, railings on the balconies are wrought iron.

Window frames are five-chamber PVC“DECEUNINCK”, color: white.

The roof is sloping, covered with tiles.

Landscape design of each plot and the entire territory is provided, where stamped concrete will be laid for convenience and an openwork fence made of wrought iron and a hedge will be installed.

Garages will be equipped with metal roller shutters. All materials used have a European quality certificate.

Finishing of houses

Each house will be commissioned with final finishing:

walls - plaster;
floor covering - cement screed;
window profiles - PVC, color "white";
terraces - heat and waterproofing, granite;
terminals for connection to power grids, water supply and sewerage, Internet, cable TV and telephone.

Construction time

Construction of the first 4 houses began in September 2018.

By September 2022, one house remains for sale, Act 15 is expected in October, the house is in rough finishing, the facade is finished.
